We pride ourselves on the many personalities and talents within our hair salon. All of our hairstylists work on a level system. The level system is based on the service provider's demand of time and also to help fit in our guests' beauty budget.

Hi I'm Makayla! The reason I got into hair was because of the creativity you have to have with it. There is so much to do in the hair industry and it is just continuing to grow and that's what I love most about it! I am certified in hand tied extensions. My favorite thing to do with hair is blonding or fashion color! Outside of work I love to hangout with my dog and I love to workout and try new restaurants in the area.

Aly excels in vivid colors but also specializes in color corrections and razor cuts for clients of all shapes and sizes. When she's not making her clients look amazing Aly enjoys traveling, going to concerts and snuggling with her cat, Blair.

I've been behind the chair for 7 years. I am a Redken Certified colorist and redken specialist. I love love love creating beautiful rich brunette balayage, copper and red hair colors are my absolute favorite to create! I also enjoy Bridal/special occasion hair. I really do love it all, including haircutting.
I also was selected to join the U.S REDKEN power network as a national artist in 2022. I travel the country educating salon pros about all things Redken and I am an in-salon educator as well as growing my future stylists by my side.

I am also a junior cos instructor at Normandy high school when I am not doing one of these three things, I enjoy working out and spending time with my family and friends
